Rabat Ferroalloy Complex was built in 1390 in an area of ​​107,000 square meters with personal capital, engineer Mohammad Ali Nejad Mahmoodi, in the form of a joint stock company in Kerman province, 35 km from Kerman city with a capacity of 1200 tons per year, with 3 electric rotary ovens for molybdenite dispersion. And a combustion chamber was created for the production of ferro molybdenum.

The ferro molybdenum product of the complex is manufactured according to European standards and is exported to European countries, including Holland, Germany and the Czech Republic. Also, in 1394, the production line for potassium prenatal extraction from distillation furnaces was launched on the basis of 200 kg of product and can be supplied as a byproduct.
